"My daughter who has a learning disability saved to buy a cellphone and bought a Kyocera. Not too long after she got it she left it in her pocket and it went through both the washing machine and dryer. While I don't recommend cleaning a phone this way, I do have to say her phone still works!"

"I love this phone! Mine was accidentally left outside in the rain for two days when it fell out of the car. When I turned it on, it appeared to be dead. I begged my carrier to find the same phone no matter what the cost, but they had no more. About 3 weeks after buying the new phone, I tried my 5135 again & it works like nothing ever happened to it. I've had the other phone with all its fancy features turned off and I'm back to the 5135. I hope I never have to replace it!!"

"I wanted you to know about a very positive experience I had with a Kyocera 5135. Our dryer was making an odd noise, much like a pair of shoes being dried in the dryer. It came time to fold the clothes and out pops a battery followed by my son's cell phone. I immediately put the battery in the cell phone and it appeared to be dead. About ten days later, my son told me that his cell phone was working! Not only did it survive the wash cycle but a full dry cycle - and it's still working, much to my surprise.
I wanted you to know that I'm sold on your product. We have two Kyocera cell phones (which both of my children use) and I'm a very happy customer."
