"I just changed cell carriers yet again - to Cricket and picked up the Kyocera Candid. With all the name brand phones I've had in the last couple years, not ONE of them ever worked in my apartment! The candid not only has a signal, but a very strong signal!!! Samsung, Motorola, Nokia - all of which I was told had the best antenna signal in the US didn't work! Thank you for a great phone that is so easy to use and works even in the harder to reach areas like my apartment!"

"Finally a no-nonsense phone I like!
After having used several of the other major brand phones, I first chose the KX16 based on the feel alone. Most phones are too tiny, or over-packed with features that I will never use. I very much like the weight and size of the phone, and the larger button size is a plus. As well, I get excellent signal reports from people I converse with while using the KX16. The cell rep tried to 'cell' me on the fancier phones (which I could afford) -- however, I chose the KX16 based also on another customer who told me she was very pleased with her KX16. My first Kyocera phone ever - pleasantly surprised with the quality! "

"It's only my first day using this phone, and I was easily able to get it up and running. I like all of the features, and you guys really did a great job on the voice dialing. Even one of my "geeky" friends asked if I had to pay for voice dialing services when he saw me use my new Candid. He was pleasantly surprised when I told him an intelligent voice dialing feature was built in to the phone.
I really like the quality that went into the Candid as well. The phone has a nice, solid feel (much like my old rugged flip phone), but the Candid is a lot smaller and fits securely into its' holster.
Finally, you guys are getting really good at interface design. I found the "wheel-styled" main menu to be much to my liking, especially when I need to use US Cellular's EasyEdge services.

"When the Kyocera Candid KX16 was available through my service provider, Revol, I couldn't wait to get it. I had heard good things about it. I got one for me as well as one for my wife. I liked it from the start. It's easy to use, no need to extend an antenna, as the antenna is a stub antenna, had also heard the speaker phone was strong. Boy, they weren't kidding! I thought not only was it strong, it was LOUD! The Candid is pretty compact, stylish, and quite frankly, I have no complaints yet! I recommend this phone!"
