About Kyocera Communications, Inc.India (KWI)
Kyocera Communications, Inc.(India) Private Limited was established as a subsidiary of Kyocera Communications, Inc. in August 2003 and currently employs more than 550 people. KWI's strong engineering team is complemented by KCI sales group that has provided handsets to India's four largest CDMA carriers: Reliance, Tata Teleservices, BSNL, and MTNL. Kyocera also assembles phones in India through a partnership with XL Telecom.

Kyocera Communications, Inc. is engaged in the development of CDMA wireless handsets. KYOCERA COMMUNICATIONS, INC. INDIA is involved in Software Engineering, Product Testing and Research & Development activities in India.
