"I absolutely love the Kyocera Neo phone.I'm 54 years old and am extremely impressed by the features of this phone. A phone that lights up when a call or voice message or text message is received? The Neo does just that. I love the fact that I can set the phone to ring or ring & vibrate or vibrate onlly or light up only. (When it lights up, it definitely gets my attention! Smile) The lightpipe behavior is an awesome feature. Only Kyocera Neo phone has this feature. The clarity of the pictures and the sharpness of the sounds are awesome. Even people who are somewhat hard of hearing can understand every word that a caller is saying on this phone without having my hearing aid in! This phone is so thin & there aren't any "bulky" keys. Thirty years ago, few people ever imagined that phones such as the Kyocera Neo would be invented but here it is. I could go on & on aobut he wonderful features of this phone. The best way to experience what a wonderful phone this is, people will just have to buy a Kyocera Neo and find out for themselves. Thank you Kyocera for a wonderful phone(my new toy according to my husband)."

"I bought my Neo yesterday and it has so many cool features and soft ringtones I hate phones with loud ringtones. i just love everything about my phone its lightweight and the black is very shinny and easy to clean with the cloth that comes with it. The only thing I don't like is it doesn't come with the usb cable or software but you can cheaply buy it online at ebay."
