What are the details of the warranty on my phone?
Kyocera Communications, Inc. offers a limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship for its phone and accessory products. This warranty expires one year from the date of sale of the product to you, provided that you are the original end-user purchaser of the product and provided that your purchase was made from an authorized supplier. Kyocera Communications, Inc. does not require that any warranty card be sent in with the phone for repair. The warranty card simply provides information on what is covered under warranty. Hold onto your receipt as proof of purchase. If you are experiencing a problem with a product, return it to the place of purchase. The product must be accompanied by the receipt for possible repair or replacement. If the place of purchase is unable to resolve the issue, you may contact one of KCI s Authorized Service Centers. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product to an Authorized Service Center. Kyocera Communications, Inc. will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to you after the completion of service under this limited warranty."

Kyocera Communications, Inc. offers a limited 30-day return policy from the date of purchase, for Kyocera Communications, Inc. genuine accessory products, as well as universal non-Kyocera products offered on our online store.
In addition, Kyocera Communications, Inc. offers a one (1) year limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship for its genuine Kyocera accessory products. We can only accept returned accessory products that were purchased directly from the Accessory Store (via telephone or online web site).
