"This is the toughest phone I've ever had. I have made 24,000 calls with this phone and it has never let me down. It is bulletproof and I don't know when it's gonna quit if it will. I am amazed when I tell people how many calls I've made on it...they don't believe me . The numbers are worn off of it but it keeps on going! Yes, that was twenty four thousand calls! Amazing!"

"I have probably dropped my Kyocera Phantom phone on the pavement over 15+ times. Guess what? Still no problems at all. The LCD screen is well protected and the casing is surprisingly VERY durable. I have heard of these phones going through of uh... unofficial, unintentional, torture testing and came out unfazed. So, clumsy people of the world (you know who you are) give the Kyocera Phantom a try... save yourself future headaches and money you may have to spend on a new phone."

"I just got this phone and it is my very first cell phone. I love it! It is easy to use, has lots of variety in ringers, lots of accessories, fun games like Tetris (very helpful when stuck on a bus and not moving anywhere), voice dialing, just so many features. The quality is fantastic, as well. This phone has been through a lot and still keeps on going. Glad to know about the replacement antenna as well! I just want to thank Kyocera for getting it right. I have the Phantom KX414 and love it!"

"I have had this phone for about 4 months. The good thing about it is that while many friends have much more expensive phones. This one has a better range than most of the other more expensive ones. I live in the Smoky Mountains and our home is actually down in a valley. My son has a $300 phone and has to stand in the driveway to use his phone. I can sit at my desk in my home and have never had a problem with reception on this phone. So while he pays triple the price, I still have almost the same features and not near the poor reception quality that he has. I am sold on the Phantom."

"I have a Kyocera KX414 (Phantom) phone. Although I like the phone a lot, I am really impressed by my new purchase of the portable "handsfree speaker phone" system which sells on your site for around $55.00. After messing around with trying to get more inexpensive "substitutions", I'm sorry I didn't get this sooner. All I can say is "I am VERY impressed"! I can finally use voice dialing on my phone without ever touching the phone, have a conversation with someone (where they actually hear me and I hear them), and the ease of installation (5 minutes?). Very high quality piece of technology. I was surprised at the quality of this speaker phone piece. I am very glad I purchased it!!! Thank you!"
