What are the details of the warranty on my phone? Kyocera Communications, Inc. offers a limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship for its phone and accessory products. This warranty expires one year from the date of sale of the product to you, provided that you are the original end-user purchaser of the product and provided that your purchase was made from an authorized supplier. For detailed information on the terms and conditions of the limited warranty, please read the limited warranty enclosed with the product. Kyocera Communications, Inc. does not require that any warranty card be sent in with the phone for repair. The warranty card simply provides information on what is covered under warranty. Hold onto your receipt as proof of purchase. If a problem with the phone occurs, take the phone and receipt back to any Kyocera Communications, Inc. authorized service center or your service provider for repair. Determine if your phone is damaged or broken. What is the warranty/return policy for phone accessories supported by Kyocera Communications, Inc.? Kyocera Communications, Inc. accessories are warranted for use exclusively with Kyocera Communications, Inc. manufactured phones. In addition, Kyocera Communications, Inc. offers a one (1) year limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship for its genuine Kyocera accessory products.
